J-1 to F1 out of status
I was a j1 as an aupair ,I applied for college in may and by the time they issued the i20 it was late july , my 30 day period ended 10 days ago and my int.adv said she wouldn't help me because she doesnt believ that my j1 status was rightfully extenden , eventhough I have a j1 that proves it ,so I have three probles
I am out of status(10 dayas)
not sure if this last year my status as legal or no
do not have my first j1 paper .
but I do have de second one that says 2003 -2005 .I believe my advisor wants to send me back home and don't know how to stop it.
