Hi guys,
My friend applied for fall quarter 2013,this quarter would begin in Sep 16, she received I-20 today, she fill out DS-160 , MRV( paynig visa fee), and now there is not any appointment date before Sep 16. So she asked admission adviser to roll to Winter quarter and send her a new I-20. now this I-20 include new SEVIS, so she should fill out a new DS-160 , but what a bout MRV? she paid visa fee before and in MRV receipt is old SEVIS number. must she pay again to have a new MRV which contain new SEVIS?????
