Profile Evaluation for a BSC Degree Holder(15 Yrs education)

Hi,

I am trying to find some good universities for my Fiancee for Spring 2014 in North east Zone preferably in PA or NJ.
She is not from typical B Tech as her background and she has done here B.SC in Computers, Maths and Science.(15 Yrs Education)

Kindly, go through below details and help me out in suggesting some good universities

10th - 80%
10+2 - 80%
B.SC(Computers) - 82% + 1YR PGDCA from NIIT
3Yrs experience in WIPRO Technologies as Software Developer.
TOEFL - 101
GRE - 312(160(Quants) + 152(Verbal))
