not allowed to start another master

Hello!
In october i'll be graduating my 3rd master degree.I wanna start one more at the same school or at a different one but the school told me that I am not allowed to start another one and that this restriction comes from immigration. I don't know what is happening and why the immigration rejects my application. Did the law change and an international student is not allowed to do more than 3 masters?
I would like to add that I've been working with a CPT for almost 2 yrs. I am not allowed to start an OPT because I worked full time.

As far as I know, there is no such restriction.

However, on a side note, why would you really like to do 4th masters degree? Isn't 3 enough? Isn't it time to get some job and make money?
