I am a F1 student in a graduate school of a university. I have failed my phd qualified exam, and have to leave the university. I can't apply OPT, because I received my master degree more than one years ago.
In such case, will I have 60 days after the date my department terminates me from the PhD program?
If yes, can I find a school to transfer to to maintain my F1, and look for non-cap H1b job, during the 60 days?
