Hi
I am undergraduate student, who came back to India with a pending semester fee which is unpaid.
I have few issues which i am concerned.
1. I have a semester remaining to graduate. However, the bank is not letting me finish the transaction, saying that I have exhausted all my sources.
Unless and until i pay my previous semester fee.. I wont be given a new i-20 or be able to go back.
Is there a a document that my bank would need, to allow me to send the funds that I am not aware of?
2. Can my boyfriends bank statement be given to my university as a financial statement to be given a new i-20? Just because its easier, than me mailing it and it would take another 2 weeks.
3. YES I know i am late in returning to the FALL-2013 classes, but I have to be there for this semester....! Any opinions that I can actually finish the whole process with next 3 weeks? coz I can get an extension from my university for next 2 weeks.
4. Any one who has used the virtual consulate in Bangalore? What are your thoughts? how fast can I be able to get my visa stamped?
