hi My VISA was approved at the 14th August as by an email sent to me from the embassy. I gave my passport to the embassy on the 26 of August. and I have been waiting till now. is this normal ??
And when I asked the security they told me that it is because the 1 week period included a weekend and the labor day. But when I asked for further details they told me that the VISA has to be sent from Washington!!!! and they have not received it yet because seems there is a problem that they dont know.?? that is really weird??
and when I checked my VISA Status in the CEAC website the status was underprocessing as it was even after VISA approval the stautus update time at that time was 1st of AUGust but NOW it is still under processing and status updated at 27th August which is one day after I gave my Passport.
have any one been through that before??
