Hi,
I'm now in POST GRADUATE - OPT till Dec-17 2013. I have completed by degree requirements , but unfortunately i missed my application for graduation. Can i apply for STEM extension without my degree with my "Course Completion" letter from my school? I'll be getting my degree by first week of January only.
Any suggestions on how to handle the situation ?
when is the earliest should i apply ?
