Hello All,
I am in a dilemma and have some confusion.
I got married recently - I am in US and my wife is in India. We are applying to universities for Spring semester. Here are my questions.
1) Which is better get her here directly on F1 visa or H4 Visa and apply for Change of Status.
2) If we she is getting here on F1,
a) Should she mention about being married to me.
b) Also, I am planning to apply for a student loan here in the US. Can we use that for her F1 Visa interview.
Also, any suggestions for my situation is appreciated. Thanks.
