H4 to F1 immediately after getting H4 stamping
Hi,
I have my Wife's H4 Interview scheduled in December 2013.
She is writing her GRE in Nov Mid and most probably she will get her I-20 by December ending. We are applying her admission for Jan 2014 intake.
I spoke to the advisor of the college and he assured me of getting I20, if she meets the req GRE score even though we do not meet the application dead lines.
I have couple of questions on this.
1) Can she start attending classes on H4 visa immediately in Jan 2014 (As I said she will get her Visa stamped in Dec 2013.).
2)If at all she can join the college in Jan 2014, Can we apply her COS to F1 somewhere in Feb or March 2014.
