F1's dependent visa status while on OPT

Hi,
I have an f2 visa valid till 2018. I visited my husband this year for a couple of months. He will graduate this December and will start working by March 2014, in US. He will be on OPT status. Do I need to convert my visa in order to join my husband in US?
