I have applied for Coleman University, San Diego, California, USA for doing my Masters and yet to receive my I-20. The university offers work-study program to the international candidates and no TOEFL/GRE/IELTS is required for the admission. But I attempted IELTS exam, today I got my IELTS results with band score of 5.5 (Listening : 6.0, Reading : 4.5, Speaking : 5.5 and Writing : 6.5 ).

1. Will I be eligible to apply for F1-Visa ?
2. Do F1-Visa require IELTS ?
