I appreciate any suggestion.
I am PhD in US in beginning of the third years of my studies. recently I made my marriage official to bring my wife here. she applied for visa but the officer has told my wife that your marriage length is not enough. she rejected her under 214b. We don't know what should we do. I want to come back and reapply for visa for both of us since she is so sad and I have almost 1 year and half .
what do you think. is there any chance to get visa? How long I should wait to go there and reapply for visa? I am on single entry F1 visa
