I am going to file change of Status ( B1 to F1). My all documents are ready to dispatched to USCIS.
Can I file above application under the below circumstances:
(1) I have pending application (I-539 - Extension) is in pending with USCIS
(2) Time left about 6 weeks to commencement of classes
How soonest can i sent my application to USCIS for Change of Status ( B1 to F1) and what is the processing time.
