F1 visa for accredited university from India

I have applied for accredited university in California. My visa got reject first time. At this time I have only offer from this university and I am going to apply once again. But this time I have much less hope for getting F1 visa. Kindly suggest me how I can reply best in interview if I have only one I-20 form from accredited university. I am applicant from India. I have 6 IELTS score. Is really there any impact if I have only one I-20 form.Thanks,

Please analyze the reason for rejection and work on that. There is no point in applying again if your first visa rejection reason still remains.

I am not sure about the reason. They asked about why you applied this university, why you want to go there and what if this university did not give you admission. For the last question I answered as "I investigated further if university not allowed for admission ". Finally they rejected my visa.
