  • I'm using the I-20 I used to admit to school on a Change of Status on my F-1 visa

I'm 15, and 6 months ago I got a tourist visa to the United States and I traveled there in order to get some SAT courses and meet my uncle and grandma after not seeing them for years. I stayed for the entire summer vacation taking my courses and exploring the life there, and I started liking the place. I immediately took a premature decision to stay there, and after a lot of discussion with my parents and uncle, and after a lot of paperwork I finally enrolled in a nice, small Catholic school. The paperwork and having to go through that whole Change of Status process made me miss about half the first semester (or trimester as they call it).
After confirming it with USCIS, I was told that I am allowed to go to school. However, on the 17th of December I had to leave the United States 3 days before my school's winter-break in order to renew and keep my residency back home. Obviously, that would mean my Change of Status application would get rejected as I left the United States. Now I have to apply for a new Visa, an F1 student visa so I could go back to the US. Currently my interview is on the 8th of January and my school opens on the 6th. The current problem is that my I-20 says I should attend school by the 1st of December 2013, and that's what I did as I was under the process of Change of Status. Now I'm wondering as to how that might affect me in the consulate and if it would affect as to how the consul might look at my case.
I will tell the consul my whole story, and I have all necessary paperwork including the SEVIS fee, a valid passport, a house lease that proves I was living with my uncle, an affidavit of financial support signed by my uncle, and another affidavit of financial support signed by my parents. I also have an affidavit of custody or sponsorship signed by both my parents and my uncle. These were all provided to my school and to USCIS in order for me to get the I-20. I also can provide bank statements from my parents.

I'm here seeking help as to what documents I might lack, and as to how this date of admission on my I-20 can affect my application for F-1 visa. Also, if I'm accepted, do you think they will consider that my school has already started 2 days before my interview and print my visa quickly? (Assuming they don't trouble me for the I-20 )
