Travel to USA on F1 VISA after 1 year.

Hello ,

Here is my case.

I travelled once before to USA on L1 B VISA and stayed there from March 2010 till Feb 2nd 2013. I left USA on 2nd Feb at 10.20 PM EST.
I reached India on 4th Feb early morning at 2.55 AM. I had a stop over at Doha,Qatar on 3rd Feb.

If i want to have a fresh 6 years period again can I travel to USA again on 2nd Feb 9.30 PM from India and reach USA on 3rd Feb evening 5 PM EST on student VISA.
I am travelling using I-20 no petition.Should I postpone my travel to 5-Feb. My I-20 date is 9th Feb after which I cannot enter USA.

I want to plan for my travel soon. Any kind of suggestion or advice would be greatly appreciated.
