Change of Status to F1 (Sept/Oct 2013)

Hi,

I sent my change of status to USCIS on October 22, 2013 to the Vermont Service Center but yet to receive decision from them to date even though it seems I am still within the processing time of 3.3 months. Anyone who submitted about same time?

Pls keep in touch here so we can share information and track when everyone's decision comes.
