I have put myself in a bad situation. I was an international student, and recently married my boyfriend of 6 years. Things haven't been going well, and thinking of filing for divorce. I want to withdraw my paperwork but I haven't kept up my f1 status. As I missed a semester.

Question
Can I withdraw my green card application and apply for F1 visa???
Anyone have any experience with that process???

I currently don't have a visa, waiting to get the green card interview. I have submitted my paper work to change my visa from f1 to green card, but I'm still in the application stage.

I filed the I-485, I-130 package
