Immidiate Help Needed (travel During Opt)

I need immidiate help for some serious personal issue :

1. Can I travel out of country while I am on CPT?

2. I have seen several comments about travel during OPT. However, my question is can I travel outside the country before the graduation if my OPT application is in progress?

For example, if I apply for OPT in october and my graduation date is in december, then can I travel outside country and renter USA in November while my OPT application is still in progress! Is there any issue at Port of Entry because you have an application pending at INS?

I will appreciate any response ASAP !!!!

My suggestion is to ask your International advisor in your University They are the best source since if u have any issuse they are the guys whom u are answerable.
