Student Visa for my Nephew

Hi All,
I'm not exactly sure where should I put up this question but I hope somebody will assist me through. I'm on H1B Visa. My Nephew will be completing his 10th in India. I would like to know the following things:

a.) Can I sponsor him for his further education being on H1B.
b.) What is the best courses do we think we should be going for like Non-Medical, Commerce or something else which has better job prospects in US. I wanted to bring him here after he will complete his +2. Is it a good decision.
c.) Do we have consulting organizations that does some initial counseling and suggest us the best courses.
d.) Any idea what will be the process for sponsoring and the type of visa we need to apply and the documents required.

I would like to know pretty much of all the information regarding the above topic. I don't have a slightest idea even.

I would appreciate your comments/suggestions.

The school must provide the required paperwork of acceptance, after getting a commitment and proof of financial preparation from a sponsor. Your firs step is to find a school and obtain their requirements.

Thanks for your quick reply. I'll try to get that information. But can you please help me answer other questions. Also if possible please let me know can we get admissions in community college as we'll.

It is a very good action you have taken for your nephew.

a. Yes - you can sponsor him for further education and also get financial help
b. I would always suggest management. It is a great idea to bring him here after 12th.
c. The school where I teach can counsel.
d. It will be an F-1 visa, rest of the documents list can be obtained by emailing address in c above
