OPT approved by jan 2014 but not graduated yet

I am supposed to graduate by Dec 2013, hoping that I will graduate I have applied for opt in October 2013 and got it approved by jan 15th 2014. But due to my bad luck I got D in subject so I am unable to graduate now. Please advice me what to do?? I am totally confused and don't know what to do

In such matters, you must always discuss with school DSO on options. If your DSO is not knowledgable enough, try asking DSO at a neighboring school. What is your new expected graduation date?
