F1 visa inquiry

I am 34 years old . I am post graduated in computer application from India. Due to some career breakdown and for new change I decided to go for higher study (MBA) from USA. I applied in a California university and got I-20 form. But my visa got rejected form Delhi embassy by pointing "Intention not clear" on 214b form. I had some communication with university and they can issue again new I-20 form for next intake. But my fear is same as I experienced last time.

Please give your opinions how I can make the things better as compared to last attempt. Looking for expert's advice. Thanks

There must be a clear correlation between your present career pursuit and reason to do an MBA abroad. 214 b rejections happen if either the University or you have a weak position on the petition. A University must strongly defend their decision to admit you and have the right to appeal and overturn any embassy derived decisions. You should have a clear reason to return which is to climb up management ladder than stay in technical field.
