Regarding F2 Application

Hi,

I am applying for f2 visa.I have 3 visa refusals 7-8 years back 2 H1B refusals under 221(g) and B1 214(b).After 8 years I am applying again, do I need to specify all the 3 visa refusals in the DS-160 or only the last one please suggest? Please help me in this regard.

I think statute of limitations is over on all your visa denials. However please disclose the latest last one and be ready with reasons at interview. H-1B denials are not under your control and B-1 denials are arbitrary. I would although really recommend examining your case file to check why you are attracting so many denials. Is something not being positioned or represented properly? Is your F-1 partner financially strong to support you in the US or are you coming in with your own funds?
