Hi,
I am on H4 visa currently and enrolled into MS Taxation program. The program has 10 courses and I have already completed 5. My question is, can I convert my H4 to F1 at this stage? if yes, will I be eligible for OPT after completion of the program? Is there any risk involved here?
University has same fee structure for both residents and international students.
My husband's company has filed for immigration under EB2 and I-140 is approved. Our priority date is Feb, 2012. So, I believe it's a long way to go for EAD.
My H4 visa is expiring in Nov, 2016 but can get further extension.
Any advice here will be greatly appreciated.
