Actually , my husband rigistered in a community college in usa and have the i20 we went to the interview but the consular denied immediately after asking 2 questions which are , do you have relatives in usa? Have you attended a university before? He only saw his high school grades and denied the visa!
Well my husband had some of his relatives in usa and answered yes i have . After the interview and the refusing, he called his family and told them about the details. Surprisingly, they told him that those relatives came back to their home country before a year. Now, we want to re apply , can we write this information in the explanation section (about the denied visa) and answer with (no) to the question about relatives in usa? They are not immediate relatives he even does not have any contact with them. Does this help or we must keep the same wrong information and thats it?
