H4 to F1 change of status
Hi,
I have a question regarding change of status from H4 to F1.
I am currently in H1B visa. My husband who was in H4 applied for F1 visa (COS from H4 to F1) on Jan 17 2014, which got RFE last week stating to submit last 3 months bank statements of mine, as I was sponsoring him.
My mother came to US in visiting visa on Jan 3 2014 and my father is coming to US on Apr 17 2014, and they both will be returning to India on Jun 2014.
Will my parents stay here will affect my husband's F1 visa? as I am sponsoring all of them.
Please let me know ASAP, as my father is coming to US next week.
