    Change from H4 to F1 visa - I-539 form

    My wife is changing from H4 to F1 visa. We had a question while filling I-539 form.

    "Are you filling this benefit request for status based on a principal alien's non-immigrant status ?" Please see attached.

    Am currently in my H1B visa. Should I answer yes/no for this question.
