Incorrect info in DS-160 by mistake

Hello,

By mistake I have provided wrong info in the DS-160 form and scheduled the appointment..I want to know if, now I submit a new DS-160 form and cancel the appointment and take a new one with the new DS-160 Application number..would the VO come to know that I have submitted multiple DS-160s? OR will the VO be able to access information from the old DS-160?
