    Change of status from F2 to F1, what if my F1 get denied

    Hi,

    I am currently on F2 visa, with my husband on OPT. I got admitted in University and wish to apply for Change of Status(COS) from F2 to F1. My question is what if my F1 visa gets denied? Will my F2 visa status be affected by the decision. Is it possible that they will revoke my F2 as well?
