hii every one need your suggestion ASAP
I am on F2 had my visa until October 31st 2014. Recently got admission into YYYY university and they are applying for status change F1 in 2 weeks.I had plan to visit India for
July-august and want to come back in F2 only. Not interested to go for visa interview in India...my doubts here are
1) What are the chances for my F1??
2) As my husband is on OPT , can I keep him as sponsor or applying for loan is good ??
3) finally if my f1 got approved here while am in India, will it be a problem in POE ???
