F1 to F2 letter template for guy?
My husband wants to change from F1 to F2. There're many cover letter templates for F2 to F1 but not the other way around. The ISO officer at my school told me it's hard to explain why a guy would want to change from F1 to F2...
Well, the reasons are simply 1) he doesn't want to continue school any more, because of too much stress etc., and 2) he wants to be able to take care of me and support my study (i'm in my final year of PhD).
Can I just write a letter stating these two above reasons?
I thought change from F1 to F2 should be pretty easy, but the ISO officer's attitude made me worry..
