Hi,
I have a very urgent query.
I graduated this May'16 from USC. I have a valid OPT-I20, EAD and offer letter from a company. My company applied for my H1-B this march and it has been approved by USCIS.
I am travelling to India next week and will return in june end.
Do I need to get the H1-B stamping or can I come back on EAD card only?
