My I-20 has the date 2nd Sept. I know about the 30 days clause, but have trouble about the dates. Does that 30 days also include 2nd September.
I am getting a good deal on the tickets for arriving in the US on 3rd of August. Does that fit into the 30 day period. Or is it too early ???
