Hello,
My wife is F1 student, and she does not want to study any more. I talked to the international office of the university that we attend and requested a new F-2 I-20. I got it and my wife scheduled for a new interview for F-2 on august back home. The thing is, here visa is going to be terminated june 10 and we can not go back home till July 17. I have classes, and i can not quit. Is it okay for here to stay with me till we go back on july? if not, what should i do to make here stay legal?
