I have my family in USA but no I-130 is filed for me yet.
I am looking for possible and quicker ways to get green card but all my options look very long.
I was thinking of studying in USA and then while studying if my dad files an I-130 and until my i-130 becomes current I will be maintaining my status as a student.
Does this sound a good option?
would anyone please give me some suggestion on this?
I am a permanenet resident of Canada.
