Hello All,
I completed my 6 years on H1B in the US and currently in Canadian work permit working in Canada. I got my PERM approved last week. I140 application is not submitted yet.
My husband is in the US on F1-OPT but H1B petition approved for the current year. Due to personal reasons, I have to quit my job in Canada and move to the US with my husband. I have a F2 Visa interview scheduled in Canada to enter US as a dependant
Questions:
a) Will it be an issue entering US on F2 visa when my husbands H1B petition is approved?
b) Will it be an issue since my PERM is approved but trying to enter on F2?
c) Does it make a difference if I say that I need F2 to visit my husband but still continue to work in Canada rather than saying that I would quit my job in Canada?
