Hi Everyone,
Good to see all the people helping here by the information one needs.
I am on F2 visa until October 31st. My husband applied for H1, he got an RFE and still in processing.
My doubts here are:-
1) I would like to visit my home country between July-August.
If his H1 was approved or not can I come back on f2 in August?
2)I am not interested to face Visa interview. If am good to come back on F2 do I need to show any
Documents related to h1 application in immigration.
3)Will I be questioned regarding COS of my husband??
