Hi, I applied for H1B FY15. I got the lottery and recently received an RFE as well.
Looks like my company wont be able to provide client letter etc and hence would opt for withdrawal of my petition.
In future,should I wish to apply for student visa, say in a few months..Would my previous failed H1B attempt be an issue?
Will the Visa officer not be convinced by the idea of applying H1 , withdrawing the same and then applying F1 in the same year?
Will the visa officer be able to see my past record of not producing RFE, against my name/passport id?
Please share your thoughts. Thanks a ton!
