Travelling to India after visa status changed from F2 to F1

Hi, I came in USA on F2 and I got my visa changed to F1. I have completed my two semester. And, now I have to go to India for a month in summer for some family reason. My question is.. Do I need to get my visa stamp of F1 again in India, as on my passport still I have F2 stamp and when I changed my visa status I got a document of F1.
Is there will be any issue in stamping in India? Is there any risk of denial?
