214B rejection due to insufficient funds

Hello there.
I hv applied for phd there. My visa was rejected as I had not any scolarship or guide. Also I have shown 24lacs cash money in my i20. I hv 1 sibling who is in india. They said that how will you pay the rest of fee? Also your spouse will get nothing if you father will pay all money in fees. Now I have told my uncle in india to sponsor . His annual salary is 60lacs. Will it work?
