F1 visa expired-working full time-New courses I-20 issued-Travel to India
Hi,
I did not get picked in the lottery this year and have travel plans in December/November. My Visa expired in June 2013 and so enrolled myself in school before my company filed H1 this year. I am a full time student doing second masters and full time employee at a reputed Biotech firm. My questions are:
1. Do I need a transit Visa if I travel this December?
2. What are the things to keep in mind if I am applying for F1 visa again?
3. Since I am going for my wedding, I was wondering if my husband will be able to apply on F2 or if it is safe to apply for F1?
