Hi,
I am married to a Green Card holder who applied for my I130 which has been approved and now we are waiting for priority date to become current so that we can file I485 etc. I am currently on H1B (1st, stamped and valid for another 2 years) but I am planning to change my status to F1 to go to school in Fall 2014. My question is, will the green card application that was filed on my behalf effect my change of status request?
