Is changing 3 companies in CPT good?

Hi all,

I was placed in 2 full time companies once I've completed my studies.
I chose company-A and took I-20 on it. but before joining and start working, I have changed my thoughts and joined Company B (taking new I-20). Currently in Company B.

Both Companies are Full time jobs. I'd like to move to another company now (Consultancy!). I'll complete my CPT this December.

My question is, can I change 2-3 companies during CPT? will that effect my OPT extension or H1??

Please help me.
