F3 derivative having b2 visa wants student visa

Hi every one
I need information.
My details are.
I am derivative of F3 visa petition submitted by my grand mom for my mother in Aug. 2005 and expected to become Current in between August 2016 to Oct. 2016.
I hold 2nd time B2 visa valid up to January 2019.
Traveled 6 short tours max of 40 days per trip to US in past 5 years.
while on 2nd time B2 visa interview. VO was happy to see our travel details and advice us never put bad impression on our F3 petition with long staying in US.

Now my case, i want to go for study in US hope fully i will be accepted.
Can i get student visa (F1) based on above circumstances.
What i heard that for student visa my mother has to with draw F3 application as it clashes with student visa (Immigration Intent) although i am not the direct beneficiary of F3 visa petition and no body in US petitioned for me also may be i will be 21+ by that time and CPSA will not work for me.

To be honest I think you shud call Immigration pple and ask them this.

There were probably no replies because you give a lot of information and most of it is not relevant and confusing.

You are a derivative, F3 preference. Your visa isn't current so I don't see why you can't apply for an F-1 visa.
When the F-1 visa becomes valid, your B visa will be cancelled. Your immigration application will not be affected.
If you were under 21 when the immigration application was filed, you'll be good for sure.
