Could anyone kindly put some light on my case.
My F1 status got terminated as the school was raided in the month of May. Now the school DSO is asking me to file for re-instatement. The good part is that my H1b petition has been been approved, that way I can start working from this October. However should I file for my F1 re-instatement just so to be "in status"? and If I do, will it affect my H1b status?
Please provide guidance to my case.
