I got f1 visa for a university on Jan 2014 for March intake (3rd quarter). but i didnot travel and join that quarter. now I want to join in the 5th quarter start. do i need to go again for the visa stamping as I am joining the same university?...My visa is valid till 2018. University has agreed for me join in the 5th quarter start.
