Hi,
I am a graduate student in good standing, currently doing third semester of my Masters studies in US. I had changed from F-2 visa to F-1 Change of Status (F-1 CoS (I-797A)) within US to start studying. I plan to visit India in December 2014 and to get my F-1 visa stamped on my passport. For the educational expenses, I will be sponsored by my husband, in-laws and parents. My husband is working in US and is on F-1 OPT which will expire in mid January 2015. However, his F-1 visa has already expired.
Please let me know if I should expect any complications in getting F-1 visa stamped due to my circumstances.
Thanks!!!
