F2 to H1 Pending , F1 status changed to H1 on Oct 1st

Hi All,

I came to USA on F2 ( dependendant of F1) . I applied H1 in2014 April, and my H1 status is RFE review . My husband got H1 approved and his F1 became invalid.


My question hers is :

Can i stay in USA because already i have applied for change of status from F2 to H1 and my petition is in pending ?

Or Do i need to apply for new change of status to H4

Or do i need to leave to India ?

Any help would be highly apprecaited because i dont have much time if i have to leave india ?
