You need a student (F1) visa. A sponsor in the U.S. must arrange for the school to provide acceptance document I-20 or some similar number, and SEVIS registration.

Only your parent can petition you for a U.S. visa, not a guardian.

And you would better apply for a private high school, NOT THE PUBLIC high school, would rather spend any US Taxpayer cent!
